Simple Fungicide

The simple fungicide that usually use is sulfur, this kind of fungicide often use by traditional farmer on their field. They often mix this sulfur with natural fertilizer to prevent from the growing of fungi. This substance work very effective to prevent fungi growth. That is why when I try to dispose of waste sulfur from my plant, local people can utilize this waste for their farm.

The other kind of fungicides are copper solution and formalin. Fungicide that usually use at swimming pool is copper solution with small concentration is very effective to prevent the pool from fungi growth. This substance usually sold in chemical store to paint the pool when the pool is shut off. Other substance that also can use as fungicide is sodium hydroxide solution in about 5 % is enough to make prevent fungi from their growth.

Sodium hydroxide solution can use in a mushroom chamber, after this room being cleaned then paint the frame of the rack by this solution to make other wild mushroom grow on the frame. This also have been try when I to grow of button mushroom on waste paper that contain of sodium hydroxide, this mushroom can't grow even I have rinse the paper waste 3 times.
